We want you to shop on PakPicks Collective with confidence. This page explains exactly when you can return an item, how the process works, and how refunds are issued.
1. When You Can Return an Item
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
- The item is significantly different from its description or photos on the product page.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please review the product description, photos, and size/variant details carefully before placing your order.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Made-to-Order or custom-made products (clearly marked on the product page), unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Items returned outside the 7-day window from delivery.
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage not caused during delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders in your account and select the relevant order.
- Submit a return request with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request, usually within 2-3 business days.

4. Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer, since there is no card or wallet to refund to — we will ask for your bank details to process this). Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
5. Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to a genuine issue with the item (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), return shipping is arranged and covered by us. If a return request is found not to qualify under this policy, we will let you know and no return will be processed.
